Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

“We” means the Oxted and Limpsfield Music Society. “Us” and “Our” shall be read accordingly. “You” means you or anybody who in our reasonable opinion is acting with your authority or permission. “Your” shall be read accordingly.
 
By booking tickets with us you are agreeing to and are bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Concessions
Tickets are available free of charge for concerts to those under 25. These tickets may not be sold or otherwise given away to anyone over the age of 25. Proof of age for each concession may be requested upon entry. 

 

If you cannot afford our concert prices please contact us to find out what/if further concessions are available.
 

Booking your tickets
Payment and security: We use Ticketlab for the online sales of concert tickets. Security and privacy information is available on the Ticketlab website here. We reserve the right to change our ticketing provider without notice.

Tickets may also be purchased via bank transfer. For security reasons, our bank details are not publically available but will be emailed on request to OandLMusicSociety@gmail.com.  Subject to availability of tickets, cheques and cash are accepted at the venue after doors open for the concert.

Ticket delivery
Once you have confirmed or paid for your order your name will be added to the audience list for the concert; we do not send tickets in the post.

If you have booked your ticket online via Ticketlab you do not need to print tickets, however for speed of entry you may choose to do so. 

At the venue
No food or drink from outside the venue (with the exception of water) is allowed at the venue.

Recording equipment may not be brought into the venue. 

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue or elsewhere on the school premises.

Mobile phones, smart watches, hearing aids and other similar devices must be silenced before the start of the concert.

Access
If you have any concerns about accessing the venue, or wish to notify us of any special access requirements in advance of your visit, contact us via email: OandLMusicSociety@gmail.com 

Security
Visitors are requested to keep their personal belongings with them at all times. 
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Conditions of sale and exchanges
Each member of the audience must have proof of purchase of a ticket for the concert they attend.

We reserve the right to make any alterations to a concert (programme or artist) rendered necessary by unavoidable causes. You will be contacted if there is a major change to a concert.

Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase unless the concert is cancelled or rescheduled. In the event of a ticket holder advising of illness or other adverse circumstance at least 24 hours prior to a concert, a voucher for a future concert may be issued to the ticket holder, valid for up to 6 months.  This may be offered at the discretion of the committee.

Buying returns
We will operate a waiting list for sold-out concerts only. If any tickets are returned, the waiting list will be contacted in chronological order at our discretion. 

Refunds, exchanges and the transfer of tickets
We refund the full purchase price of a concert ticket (or a proportion of the price of a season ticket) if we cancel or reschedule a concert. You will be contacted if a concert is cancelled or rescheduled.

Season tickets
No refunds will be given if a purchaser does not attend one or more concerts in the season covered by the ticket. The section ‘Refunds, Exchanges and the transfer of tickets’ applies equally to season tickets.

Admission to concerts
We strongly recommend that visitors arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of a concert. Doors will be closed 5 minutes before the start of the concert and, owing to the layout of the building, we regret that late admission is not be possible.

By buying a ticket or attending a concert, you give your consent to being filmed, audio recorded or photographed.
